* All potential adopters are required to complete this form prior to adopting. 
*Filling out this form does NOT bind you to adopting a cat, nor does it promise you one.
*Feral At Heart reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or during the interview process prior to adoption, including Meet and Greets.

  • Kittens do best when they have a friend!
  ➡️We ONLY adopt out single kittens to homes that already have at least one cat. (This may not apply for our adult cats). 
  •    You will only receive a phone call if you are potentially a good match for one of our cats, as we focus on contacting applicants who best fit their needs. Not every application will receive a call.
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for us to reach out by phone. Our rescue is run by just two dedicated individuals balancing jobs, families, and the daily care of many cats, so we appreciate your patience as we do our best to give every application the attention it deserves.  
  • DO NOT APPLY if you are not ready to adopt. Please respect our time.
