閣下(「閣下」或「參加者」)預訂文化交遊(「文化交遊」或「我們」)的導賞團/活動，即表示閣下以及在有關預訂中，由閣下所代表的人士，均已閱讀、明白及同意以下所有條款及細則：  1. 付款及取消: 行程確認後請於7日內繳費，否則預約將被自動取消。除因我們取消活動，已繳費用概不退還。  2. 個人安全: 參加者將於我們的活動期間完全負責自身安危。對於參加者的傷病、死亡，或個人財物損失或毀壞，文化交遊概不負責。參加者若在活動期間引致第三者的傷亡或財物損失或毀壞，參加者需負責賠償。  3. 活動變更: 活動內容如有更改，恕不另行通知。文化交遊將盡力依據已安排的行程進行活動。若遇特殊情況，文化交遊保留在事先通知或不事先通知的情況下修改行程，膳食安排的權利 。  如有任何爭議，文化交遊保留最終決定權。  4. 照片及影片: 活動中所拍攝的照片及影片將有可能展示於文化交遊的網頁、Facebook、宣傳物料或用於其他推廣活動。閣下如不希望被拍攝，請於活動當日通知負責的義工。By booking a tour/activity with Cultural Outings (“Cultural Outings”, “we”, “our” or “us”), you (“you”, “your” or “participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions, both for yourself and on behalf of all individuals included in the booking:  1. Payment and Cancellation: Payment should be made within 7 days after the itinerary is confirmed, otherwise, reservation will be cancelled automatically. No refund will be made unless it is we who cancel the relevant activity.   2. Personal safety:  Participants shall be entirely responsible for their own safety during our activities. Cultural Outings shall not be responsible for any illness, injury or death of participants, or any loss or damage of any personal property. Participants shall be responsible for any personal injury, death, or loss or damage to any property that they cause to any third party during our activities.   3. Changes to our activities: All activities are subject to change without prior notice. Cultural Outings will do the best to follow the scheduled itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Cultural Outings reserves the right to modify, with or without prior notice, the itinerary, and meal arrangement.   Cultural Outings reserves the discretionary right for final decision.  4. Photos and videos: Photos and video taken during activities may be posted / displayed on our website, Facebook fan page or other materials for promotional use. If you wish not to be shown in any picture(s), just tell our tour leader right before the activity starts.
