1. Usage: The rented quad is to be used for recreational purposes only. Renter agrees to operate the quad safely and responsibly.

2. Age Requirement: Renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

3. Damage and Liability: Renter is responsible for any damage to the quad during the rental period. In the event of an accident, the renter must notify the rental company immediately.

4. Fuel Policy: The quad should be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented. Refueling fees may apply.

5. Insurance: Renter is encouraged to have personal insurance; the rental company is not responsible for any injuries or damages.

6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit.

7. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from any claims or damages resulting from the use of the quad.

8. Termination of Agreement: The rental company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the renter fails to comply with the terms.
