VENUE & VENDOR INFO: all the stuff you need to know if you have never done an Atomic show before or you have never worked Atomic at Robarts Arena.

ELECTRIC ACCESS: electricity is available for a fee on the entire main floor for table rentals and along the walls for booth rentals. 

WI-FI: is accessible and free. Wi-Fi is is spotty and gets clogged when there are many people using it. Be prepared, i.e., use your cell phone carrier as backup if you do not want to lose a potential sale. Robarts has improved wifi and has added a number of channels for people to use. However, I am "worst case scenario girl" and encourage all to be pragmatic with the "what if's" so you can have a smooth working experience.

DRESSING ROOMS: There are no dressing rooms but if you are selling clothing, there are two very large indoor public bathrooms available for shoppers to try on garments with mirrors.

DISPLAY INFO:
~ Vendors are responsible for display + dressing up of the provided table or tables.  Rental tables and chairs are provided by the venue which does not supply tablecloths.
~ Booths and One Table Vendors do not have to use the table or chairs provided by the venue. 
~ Half Table Vendors MUST USE the provided table.

SHARING TABLE RENTAL SPACE: Half Table Vendors MUST use the rental table provided. Table rentals are 8 feet long; by renting a Half Table display space is four feet long. Half Table renters can:
~ share the business expense and experience with a talented friend who wants to work next to you.
~ vendors who want a Half Table but no one to split the table with will be paired with another vendor who does not work in the same genre.
~ on a budget, a half table rental may be less of a business expense if you downsize your space.
~ is this is your first time working a craft show or have limited inventory? Half Table rentals are advised.

SHARING BOOTH RENTAL SPACE: Booth rental spaces shared with a friend or friends is an option. 
All parties sharing a booth MUST fill out the application.

ELECTRIC ACCESS: Electricity is an additional charge. A crane is used to drop electric cords from the ceiling to large electric outlet boxes. All vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords. 

The arena is well lit so if you don't need electricity, please check the no box.
