VNPA 2025 Conference Call for Presentation Abstracts
Please complete this form to submit your proposed sessions for presentation at the VNPA 2025 Conference Nov 13-14, 2025 at the Stoweflake Resort in Stowe VT. Please complete the form more than once if you have multiple sessions to offer. 

If selected to present at the conference, you will be contacted by the VNPA conference committee. You will need to complete disclosure and educational forms for the AANP CE application. 

Sessions will be considered after the call closes. Call for abstracts closes March 15, 2025.
