Brewmaster Studios Application
The Brewmaster Studios program is accepting applications from craftspeople, artisans, and makers to fill two adjoining studio spaces. The monthly fee of $550 includes utilities, 24/7 access, wi-fi, shared kitchenette, bathroom, and common area cleaning. Each sunny studio is about 150 square feet and has windows that overlook a garden on a quiet street.

Founded in 2015 and housed in the garden of Dupont Circle's historic Heurich House Museum, the Brewmaster Studios is a creative-in-residence program featuring some of the city's best artists and entrepreneurs. The Studio's tenants have been featured in Brightest Young Things, Washingtonian, and the Washington Post.

The creative-in-residence will sign a month-to-month agreement with the Heurich House Museum that encourages and supports partner programs among the program's participants. The agreement also provides options for paying the monthly fee, which includes program income or limited service in trade.

Move-in possible as soon as February 1, 2018.

There is a $35 application fee to cover the cost of a background check.
