Bill & Mildred Johnson Beautification Award

Recognizes an individual, business, or organization that has made a significant contribution to enhancing the beauty, appearance, and overall appeal of the Lillington community through landscaping, property improvements, restoration, or beautification efforts.

Public Servant of the Year Award

Recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to serving the community through public service. This honor is awarded to a government employee, elected official, first responder, military member, or public agency representative who has gone above and beyond in their commitment to improving the quality of life for local residents. Through leadership, integrity, and a spirit of service, the recipient has made a meaningful and lasting impact on the community while exemplifying the highest standards of public stewardship.

Educator of the Year Award

Honors an outstanding educator who has made a significant difference in the lives of students and the broader community. This award recognizes a teacher, administrator, counselor, or educational professional who demonstrates excellence in education, inspires student achievement, fosters innovation, and serves as a positive role model. The recipient’s dedication, passion, and commitment to developing future generations have strengthened both the educational environment and the community as a whole.
