Bulk Order Recommendations:

We recommend keeping cookies frozen until ready to sell. The shelf life is one week from the time they are removed from the freezer. Freezer shelf life is 3 months.

Packaging Details:

All cookies will come individually sealed with The Cookie Boss branding, ingredients, and permit information. The "Best By" date will be indicated on the box.

Pickup or Shipping Options:

Cookies must be picked up from El Dorado Hills, or they can be shipped for an additional cost via USPS flat-rate shipping.

While we strive to maintain a clean and sanitary environment during the baking process, it's important to note that our kitchen is NOT a nut-free facility.

We exercise meticulous care to avoid cross-contamination, utilizing separate equipment and utensils for Gluten-Free and Vegan recipes. However, due to the nature of our operations and the constraints of having a single oven for baking, we cannot guarantee complete isolation of allergens.

All products are prepared in the same facility, which means that exposure to common food allergens, although limited, is possible. Therefore, customers with serious dietary restrictions and allergies are advised to exercise caution when consuming our cookies.
