Dear Student:

This form is used to indicate your reservation to attend the Grove School of Engineering Annual Thanksgiving Dinner that is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the NAC Faculty Dining Room (3rd Floor of the NAC Building). Please complete this form on or before Monday, November 16, 2015 (5:00 p.m.) if you plan to attend. We have to prepare for this event in terms of catering of meals, etc., so please make sure that you make this reservation by the deadline date above once you know that you will be attending to assist us in making this event a memorable one for you.

This invitation is being extended to you by your engineering club and we are only able to accommodate a fixed number of guests due to limited space so please RSVP as early as possible (by the deadline date above) once you are attending. Please provide 2 canned food items to the President of your club as your contribution to attend the event (this is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended so that we can distribute these food items to those who are less fortunate during this season; this is a food drive that is organized by our Council of Engineering Student Organizations). You would also need to pick up your ticket through your club president by Tuesday of next week to attend the event.
