Introduction:

Adjacent Space’s mission is to promote accessibility and equity throughout Alabama.  Sometimes this means learning about what the community needs, desires and where there are disparities.  

Intent of Survey:

To anonymously survey the community (Deaf, Deafblind and hard of hearing residents of Alabama) of their experiences with general accessibility in their communities and interpreting services.
If you have specific examples, issues or concerns or other comments you would like to provide that are not addressed in this survey, please email Adjacent Space at info@adjacentspace.org

Modalities of Distribution:
This will be distributed only via Google Forms.

Timeline of Survey:
Survey will remain open from November 15th to February 15th.  Results will be distributed to agencies that are mentioned in the survey. Adjacent Space will then post the results online 30 days later at www.Adjacentspace.org
