I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child or my child’s work as part of her/his participation in the Loving Tree Academy activities; and publish these videos or photos in any format or media, including the Internet and WeChat Groups, for purpose related to Loving Tree Academy’s mission, including marketing.
Loving Tree Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide a safe and supervised environment. However, I understand and acknowledge that participation in programs, including but not limited to classroom activities, outdoor activities, transportation, and field trips, may involve inherent and unforeseeable risks of injury. On behalf of myself and my child, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in such activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Loving Tree Academy, its owners, employees and affiliated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my child’s participation in activities.
