You are invited to take part in a research project that is part of the requirements for a class in my undergraduate program at The University of Mississippi. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are 18 years of age or older. This research project will be supervised by my instructor, Dr. Thomas Bryan Smith
The purpose of this project is to help me learn more about the public’s perception of policing opioid related crime, and how the public thinks it can improve. . The information I collect will only be used to write my class paper. The information will not be used for academic research, publication, or presentation at professional meetings. I
f you take part in my research, you will fill out the questions regarding drug addiction below I will not ask you for personal information like your name, birthday, or other information that may identify you. The purpose of this study is to gage the public's opinion on the policing of opioids in America and to see how they would improve it if they felt it needed to do so.
