We invite you to use this form to submit your favorite hymn(s) – those you’ve known and loved for years. We will then incorporate as many as we can, from June 14 through Labor Day weekend (September 6).

A few guidelines:

1. Submit up to 5 of your favorite hymns
2. Hymns should be taken from The Hymnal 1982.
3. Please try to include the hymn number and/or the "tune name" (in italics at the bottom of the hymn page)
4. Please avoid seasonal favorites such as “O little town of Bethlehem,” St. Louis/Forest Green (Trinity’s fight song), “Jesus Christ is risen today,” and “For all the saints”.
5. Please, only submit this form once!
