City of South Bend - Love Your Block - Acts of Kindness Grant Application
Love Your Block is designed to engage local volunteers by providing mini-grants to perform intensive neighborhood improvement projects in the city’s most challenged neighborhoods. The Office of the Mayor and South Bend’s E3 team (Engagement and Economic Empowerment) invite neighbors and neighborhood groups to apply for an “Acts of Kindness” grant.  

 We plan to give grants of $350 to neighbors and groups who have come up with creative ways to help the community . Particular Priority will be given to any projects that promote Covid-19 vaccination and community awareness about the Vaccine.

So fill out this application to show us how you could use these funds to build community and help your neighbors get Vaccinated!

Your application will be scored by the following criteria:  

Budget & Recruitment of Additional Resources - 20 points  

Project Description and Impact - 25 points  

Proposed Project Outcomes – 20 points  

LMI Neighborhood - 35 points
