Application for Summer High School Research Program
The Research Infrastructure for Science and Engineering (RISE) project "Characterization of Bio-Molecular Response to Environmental Stress" at Texas Southern University accepts applications for high school students a 10 week summer program in the period May 26 - August 8, 2014.

Application requirements:
- minority students with U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- students must be entering the 11th or 12th grade
- resume and three letters of recommendation
- one page (300 words) personal statement. Must demonstrate passion for science.
- current academic transcript.
