The State is partnering with Color Health to offer a vaccination clinic at the Franchise Tax Board office for all state employees in the Sacramento and Yolo County region from April 29th to May 1st.

Please note that there are limited appointments available, and that you will receive a unique code and sign-up link on a first-come, first-serve basis.

VACCINE AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED TO THOSE WHO SIGN UP ON THIS LIST. ONLY OFFICIAL STATE EMAILS WILL BE CONTACTED.
