Do you agree to the SC TA community values and principles? The SC TA is a diverse organization. It is diverse in terms of gender-identification, race, sexuality, age, and in other forms. The SC TA values our created by its Board and Executive Leadership, and those values include being respectful, inclusive, and professional with all members and the communities we engage with at large, to engage in thoughtful skillful dialogue with all beings (as demonstrated in this link to the Agreements for Multicultural Interactions), and to not engage in acts of discrimination, racism, prejudice, nor verbal, emotional, or physical harm toward other beings.

Why do you want to join the SC TA? *
Are you an agent of Horning Brothers (also known as Horning Management), employed by or subcontracted by Horning Brothers, Horning Brothers affiliates or agencies and organizations that may present a conflict of interest to the SC TA as determined by its executive leadership and board?

Do you live in the Saratoga or Chesapeake? Do you have a business lease in the Saratoga or Chesapeake? How long have you been a lease-holding tenant? *

Does your background includes issues or concerns that might be flagged in a criminal background check? This background does not mean exclusion from the TA. If your background includes a history of violence or crime directed toward other tenants, residents, staff or others, please submit a statement to us about this experience.
