Pet Day Evaluation

Pet Day is one activity that brings most of our parents to school and many grandparents and other community members as well.

 We need your feedback so that we can include it in our planning for next year’s event.  Every year we make changes and some work and some don’t.  We are always trying to add new ideas so PLEASE send them in!

Feedback can be e-mailed to office@aria.school.nz or written on this sheet and sent back with your child or phoned in or given verbally to a staff member or completed on the google form that has been emailed to you. 

We would like to assume that no feedback is a positive response however this is not always the case.
