PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ABSENCE NOTES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE STUDENT'S RETURN TO SCHOOL.

* Do not use this form for tardies. Tardies will be entered at the Main Office kiosk when the student arrives at school.

Parents & Guardians can expect a robocall notifying them each time their student has an unexcused absence. If parents receive a robocall and believe the absence is incorrect, please call the school (298-2173, extension 1214) the same day the robocall is received to make a correction.
