2025 Adobovelo Membership Application
New member applications: Please provide a name of a current club member, who can endorse you with a character reference. Once you are endorsed, we will email you a blank Waiver for your signature, and information on where to remit dues.

Annual Dues:

 - $75 So Cal chapters (and $45 for family member living in same household, e.g., spouse, child, significant other)
 - $50 Outlying chapters  (and $30 for family member living in same household, e.g., spouse, child, significant other)
 - $6 Overseas chapters  
 - Add $2.50 if via PayPal to cover automatic PayPal fee

So. Cal chapters: Cerritos, Duarte, Orange County, Eagle Rock, Chino Hills, Palmdale, Santa Clarita, Rancho Cucamonga

Outlying chapters: Las Vegas NV,  San Diego, San Francisco, Tucson AZ

Overseas chapters: Manila, Diego Garcia (a British Territory in the Indian Ocean)

In consideration for being permitted to participate in any way in club events, then on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, I hereby release and forever discharge ADOBO VELO ("Adobovelo"), its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors, from any and all liability, claim, loss or cost and waive any such claims against any such person or organization arising directly or indirectly from or attributable in any legal way to any action or omission by such person or organization in sponsoring, organizing, or executing this event. To the best of my knowledge I have no physical condition which would hinder my ability to participate in this event or which would endanger my health.  My digital consent shall have the same effect as a signature in person, but I understand I will still be asked to sign the release and waiver in person, if my application is approved.
