NASW-CO Refund and Cancellation Policy
While we understand that emergencies occur, once a participant has registered and is expected to attend a course or training, the NASW Colorado Chapter has factored that person’s attendance into costs already absorbed by the chapter. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
NASW-CO will offer full refunds minus a $20 processing fee for cancellations made at least 3 weeks in advance; 50% refund offered for cancellations made between 3 weeks and 1 week before the event; 25% refund offered for cancellations made between 1 week & 72 hours before the event. No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 72 hours of the event or after the event.
Requests to apply a cancellation to a future training date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will not be considered for cancellations within 1 week of the event. All requests must be made via email to admin.naswco@socialworkers.org.
