Baking Contest
ALL ENTRIES MUST USE MAPLE SYRUP (NOT EXTRACT) AS A KEY INGREDIENT

-Only one entry per person per category is permitted.
-A separate entry form and fee is required for each entry.
-Kids entries must be made by kids; adults may only assist and/or supervise.
-Entries that require refrigeration will NOT be accepted.
-All recipes must be made from scratch; no mixes are permitted.
-Entries must be submitted on disposable plates, covered with disposable wrap, with the entry form and recipe securely attached.

Entries will be judged based on appearance, flavor, and overall quality. Judges have the right to disqualify an entry if it appears unwholesome. The decision of the judges will be final. Winners will be announced on the Chardon Smile Center Entertainment Stage on Sunday of the festival. Awards may be picked up at the Maple Festival Office.

Entries must be dropped off at the Chardon VFW Post 6519 located at 752 Water St. (across from Sage’s Apples) in Chardon on the Thursday, 1st day of the festival, between the hours of 11 A.M.-5 P.M. *
