In consideration of the acceptance of my registration in the 45th Annual International Mustang Meet, by execution of this form I hereby release the Alberta Mustangs Auto Club, the International Mustang Meet, Deerfoot Inn and Casino, the City of Calgary, Alberta, all show sponsors, hotels, and vendors and their respective agents, members, employees, officers, directors, volunteers, guests, assigns, licensees and successors (collectively RELEASEES) of and from any and all damages, injuries, losses and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by me or my property.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RELEASEES for all claims by third persons as the result of any action or inaction of by me or my agents, even if the RELEASEE is partially at fault. Further, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RELEASEES of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from my conduct or any participants assisting or cooperating with me and under my direction and control.

I irrevocably grant to the RELEASEES the right to use my image and/or that of my vehicle in all forms and media, including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of these images used for publication or the written copy that may be used with these images. RELEASEES are permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit with the image. I understand that there will be no financial compensation in the event that my vehicle or self is photographed.
