The Potomac School is working with VanDorn Pharmacy in Alexandria, VA to schedule an on-campus COVID bivalent booster/flu vaccine clinic for any faculty/staff or parent in our community on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm first come first serve. If you are interested in participating, please complete the form below so we can gauge interest and predict the number of vaccines needed. Please complete one form per person by Friday, November 4th.

VanDorn Pharmacy will require health insurance information and a completed Vaccine Intake Consent form given on the day of the clinic.
