Why do we need stronger protections on bullying, harassment and discrimination?
Postdocs and Associate Research Scientists and Scholars (PARs) have made it clear throughout our entire campaign that we need stronger recourse against harassment, discrimination and bullying. Please share with our bargaining committee how additional protections for researchers facing unfair treatment at work can improve research conditions at Columbia.
