Anyone under the age of 18 must have this application signed by the Individual or group leader that is responsible for their safety. Please write in the name of the band, marching unit or any other group title in the “Participant or Group” line. All groups must apply by Individual group name/number and their leader must sign the application for it to be valid.
Entry Fee Information$35.00 fee for the first space for each individual group (i.e. Scout Pack, Cub Pack, individual sport team). $15.00 more for each additional space.
Total entry for each space must not exceed 40 feet (2 vehicles or 50 marchers). Please Note: An additional fee will be charged the day of the event for groups larger than they previously signed up for. Entry fee must accompany this application to be valid.
Entry deadline is NOVEMBER 23, 2018.
Entry GuidelinesAll entries are subject to the approval of the Christmas Parade Committee. Parade lineup is based on the date the application is received. Please go to our Line-Up Page to find out your acceptance and position in the parade. Formatting of the parade will be completed the week of December 1, 2017. Only one Santa Claus will be selected by the Parade Committee to participate in the parade. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation of ParadeIf the parade is cancelled due to the weather, there will be no make up date and no refund. This decision will be made for the safety of all.
