Please note that completing this form adds you to our waitlist, and we schedule our appointments strictly based on the order of registration.
We are a high volume, low cost clinic. See below our current wait times for new waitlist signups as of 8/21/2025:
Dogs 0-25 pounds: 7-9 months
Dogs 26+ pounds: 11-13 months
Cats: 4-6 weeks
Note that we are only able to do 6 small dogs and 8 medium/large dogs per month due to our clinic space.
