This is the application form for a raid trial with Azys. We're not expecting you to write a novel, just some brief, relevant information to allow you to present yourself. 1. Tell us briefly about yourself. Name, nationality, age, occupation. *
A few sentences is more than plenty.
2. Your armory link & what spec you're applying as. *
Explain briefly why you're playing your current spec, and if you're able/willing to play the other specs at a raiding level.
3. Link to your logs. *
WCL is preferred.
4. Do you have a working microphone, and if so, how often do you use it in raids? *
5. What is your likely attendance? Any upcoming breaks/vacations/exceptions? *
Raid days: Thurs & Sun, 8-11pm server time - (Wednesday optional HC raid).
6. Do you have a stable internet connection, and is your computer able to handle 25man raids? *
A http://www.speedtest.net/ sample is great, but not a requirement.
7. Please include a picture of your UI in RAID COMBAT. *
8. What is your favourite boss fight from the current expansion, and why? *
9. What are the strengths and weaknesses of you as a player? *
We want the good and the bad.
10. Explain a boss fight where you did a certain job or where your spec/you as a player excelled. *
The idea is that you get a chance to describe a situation you were especially happy with your own playstyle or how the fight played out for you.
11. Show us that you know how to play your class/spec. *
This is meant to be an open question where you can touch on some aspects of your spec. We're not really looking for a summary from Icy-Veins or your spec's theorycrafting site of choice.
12. Please tell us which guilds you've been raiding in the last expansions (WoD/Legion/BfA) and the reasons why you left them. *
 Include character names and servers, guild names, how long you stayed in each guild and why you left. Did you miss any raid tiers? If so, why?
