Sure, there's the basic stuff: the food, the insurance, the vet bills. But, with the global pet industry set to grow to a staggering $500 billion by 2030, it's clear that for many of us, the basic stuff is only the beginning. And so, during this tough time when people are feeling the economic pinch more than ever, we decided to ask real pet parents what they spend on their beloved cats and dogs.
To take part, please choose a recent month, dig deep into your bank statement, and record your pet spends. As this form is anonymous (even to the editorial team!), please don't share any identifying details. Pet names can be changed.
Petty Cash is primarily for cat and dog parents, however, if you have any additional animals, please record your spending for them, too.
