STEAM Student Survey_December 2016
This survey is for middle grade students participating in STEAM projects at Oak Hill Middle School and Georgia College Early College to complete.

There are no right answers to these questions. Please answer honestly to provide us with the feedback we need for making STEAM Ahead an excellent learning experience for you.

The following survey asks about your attitudes and opinions. Some of the items in this survey use the word STEM. STEM means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. We have added an A for STEAM to include the Arts and Art design. We want to find out about your experiences with this program.

We are interested in comparing your attitudes at the beginning of this program to your attitudes after you have had experiences in projects and lessons. Please take a few moments to think about how you feel at the beginning of this program. For each item, please bubble in the number that most closely matches your agreement or disagreement in the drop down column.

Thank you for your participation.
