We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to develop all of our junior players - regardless of whether you manage an elite pathway team or a friendship group, we have team options for all of the local kids in the Balwyn region.

Balwyn Junior FC will field teams from the U8 age groups up to the Youth age groups for girls and boys football.  All competitive junior football will be played in the Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL)

Candidates will need strong football experience but the key areas are great communication, leadership and team building skills

The footy development programme will be set and managed by our Head of Junior Development - Vince Dattoli.  The Tigers Academy (U15 - U19 age groups) is managed by Vince and will focus on the skill and game sense acquisition needed to transition the players towards senior football at the U19 level for boys and girls.

The application process will close on Sunday 15th October at 5pm - applicants will be contacted to discuss their application as considered by the Head of Junior Football.
