Dear Students, Young Professionals, and Employees,

Join us in raising a collective voice against workplace injustice. We are professionals from diverse institutions who have witnessed violations of employee rights, harassment, excessive work pressure, and unhealthy work cultures. Unfortunately, many companies ignore the Constitution and Indian law, believing that legal action will rarely be taken against them.

In response, we have come together to connect, support one another, and fight collectively against these injustices. Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy, we believe that true change begins when social pressure is created.

Let’s unite as one community to demand fairness, dignity, and justice in the workplace.
