Student Records Request
Thank you for reaching out to Tri-Cities ROP. Because of our limited archives, we can only provide up to fifteen (15) years of past records. To best assist you, please complete all required fields. We will first utilize this information to search for your record (Please list all last names/family name/maiden name that you may have used during period(s) of attendance). If you ask for more than one Letter of Verification, and for different classes, each letter will cost you $10.00 each.

Actual certificates or copies of certificates are NOT AVAILABLE. We can only give you a letter stating what class you took, the dates and how many hours (if applicable).

If you do not know the exact year you attended, we will not be able to process your request. Please do not fill out this form if you do not know the exact year.

Provided we are able to locate the record, we will call you to verify the record found and when it will be ready for pickup (within 2 weeks). Upon pickup, you will need to bring in your driver’s license (or government issued picture identification) for verification and payment.

All student records processing fees must be paid in advance to receiving the record. Payment methods accepted are cash or money order/cashier's check. We do not accept personal checks, fee waivers, partial payments or installments are not permitted.

Processing time is up to one week; however, archival records (meaning  6-15 years) may take two weeks.
