The Collaborative School Committee (CSC) is a group that includes people who are actively involved in the school, such as teachers, parents, students and community members. This group meets monthly during the school year.  This group works with school leaders to provide feedback on important school decisions. These decisions may include ways to improve academic performance, budgets, and the school’s program. The CSC is also responsible for evaluating their principal on leadership and collaboration.
Volunteer Coordinator-coordinate and schedule volunteers on an ongoing basis, organize single events, keep existing volunteers informed, actively recruit volunteers for the school and work with the leadership team to recognize volunteers
Room Parent-A room parent facilitates communication between parents and the teacher, school administration and/or parent teacher organization (PTO) and supports the teacher in needs that may arise. This facilitation can take many different forms and can require anything from a minor volunteer commitment shared with other parents to a large responsibility.
Parent Teacher Association (PTA)-an organization of teachers and the parents of their students, as within a public school, to promote mutual understanding and to increase the effectiveness of the educational program
Make Space-We need handy and creative volunteers to enhance classroom communities that nurture students through a beautiful environment that invites curiosity and exploration because we recognize the importance of space; how we think about it, build it and thrive in it.
