We invite our parents and guardians to volunteer. Please know that even a few hours of your time can make a tremendous difference!

All skills and interests are needed. We typically have a variety of projects such as community building, financial management, communications, fundraising, project planning, writing, technology support, volunteer coordination, College & Career Center support, etc. We also need parents for annual projects like Senior Grad Night.

STUDENT EVENTS -- Our hospitality team coordinates various student events such as, welcoming Future Warriors, Freshmen Orientation and celebrates student achievements like Renaissance Luncheons, District Art Show and Senior Breakfast.

COLLEGE & CAREER CENTER (CCC) - Volunteers needed to help research and input scholarship information into Naviance. Various opportunities to work College Fairs and Career Expos throughout the year.

COLLEGE & CAREER CENTER SPEAKERS - CCC is looking for speakers for their Career Talks Series. The volunteer guest speaker visits the Westmont Campus and shares information about his or her current career and what education and life experiences led them to the career they are in. The speaker may bring props, samples of his or her work, or other visuals to help engage students.

CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION - Participate in various landscaping, painting, or other beautification projects on the Westmont campus. The time commitment varies but will most likely be four hours on one or two Saturdays during the year.

GRAD NIGHT - Grad Night is the ultimate grad party for our seniors and is scheduled to take place June 2, 2022. Support the Grad Night team by helping with fundraising, selling tickets and other needed tasks to ensure a fun event for our seniors on their last day of school. Parents in all grade levels are encouraged to volunteer.

MINI GRANTS - Administrative work: making sure forms are filled out completely, obtaining Board approval and assisting teachers with completing reimbursement forms. Mini Grants are offered in the Fall and Spring..

SENIOR EVENTS - Cap & Gown Distribution, Senior Breakfast/Senior Awards Events held during last week of school. Exact dates and times TBD.

PTSA BOARD & COMMITTEES - Join our board or one of our committees. We need people to share their skills and interests such as… website updates, volunteer coordination, writing, finances, data management, technology etc. Whatever your skills or interests, we will find a place for you!

STAFF APPRECIATION - Our staff appreciation team supports our teachers and staff throughout the year. Volunteers will be asked to provide refreshments during the school year. There will be individual sign-up sheets sent approximately once a month with requests for food and drink items.
