I am interested in what parts of the "usual Sunday liturgy" your parish choir has more than one setting for. Specifically, I am interested in Russian-tradition churches, but I have some interest in input from everybody. Please do not answer about what your parish does if you do not know what your parish does. Also, if you attend one of the parishes I ("gzt") have been a part of, I may be interested in your opinions, but I know your parish practices and I have filled them out already, so don't respond to the "practices" parts. However, feel free to answer about another parish.
I am somewhat interested in this because we are assembling the music for our choir and I am used to having more variation in the settings than some other people, and I'm curious about what is "typical" in a parish in the Russian tradition.
The list of variations is intended to be non-exhaustive - there are many ways of doing things and a simple check-box survey I slap together in a few minutes will not encompass them all. It is hard, for instance, to discuss all the possible ways you can vary the litanies, so I am leaving them off completely. Also, certain things, like the communion hymn, are taken as a given. However, I am certainly interested in hearing how you do things if you know what you are doing.
If you are familiar with the practices of multiple parishes, feel free to respond to the survey multiple times, but only if you are familiar enough to accurately describe at least most of their practices. You might want to write a note at the end that this is what you are doing.
NOTE: survey results are public.
