"WATCH"
The first part of the WSQ is to "Watch".  Make sure you have taken good notes and used the "rewind" and "pause" buttons whenever you needed to slow down or hear something again.

TEACHERS: You could use this to collect information on different options students had to watch (video, read book, etc) OR on the method they used (laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc).

You could also ask them "where" they watched it or "On what device" did you watch it... or delete this question completely.
What did you choose to do for the "WATCH" part of the WSQ? *

"SUMMARIZE"
The second part of the WSQ is to "Summarize" what you learned.  This will be an "open summary" where I do not give you any guiding questions and just ask you to summarize what you learned.  Sometimes I will have specific questions you need to answer in your summary, so pay attention!

If you have specific questions, I would recommend splitting them into separate responses/questions below.  Just add however many questions you need!
Please "Summarize" the key parts of what you read/watched.
"QUESTION"
The last part of the WSQ is to ask a "Question" what you read or watched.

Please label your question as a:
1) CLARIFICATION or CONFUSION - What is something you would like me to explain or answer during my session that you aren't sure about right now?
2) CURIOSITY- What is something you are curious about and would like to learn more?
2) COMPREHENSION/ DISCUSSION - What is something that you know/understand but would be a good question to explain or answer during my session?  After you ask the question, please answer it to the best of your ability
3) EXAMPLE - Make up your own example problem similar to this concept and solve it verbally.
Confusion, Discussion, or Example? *
Please select whether your question is a confusion or a discussion
Please ask your "Question"
If you selected "discussion" or "example", you must also give an answer to your question here.
"Secret Questions"
Please answer these questions to the best of your ability based on what you learned in the video.

**For teachers: I recommend utilizing an interactive video tool such as Educanon, EdPuzzle, Zaption, etc in order to ask these "secret questions" as they come up in the video, rather than at the end.

"Secret Questions" were just 1 or 2 (max) problems I would have them try at the end of the video.  They weren't really "hidden" or "secret", but I guess you could say that the answers were "secret" because the kids had to solve them all on their own.  Why I call them "Secret Questions", I'm not really sure, but the name stuck and I never changed it.  Feel free to pick something that makes more sense to you.
