Meet at the MK Nature Center at 8:30AM for a ride out to the site north of Eagle; As an alternate meeting point: December 12th, volunteers can meet at the NW corner of the Eagle Albertsons Parking Lot at 9:00AM and follow the short distance to the site (The caravan of volunteers from Boise will arrive sometime between 9 and 9:15 AM at the Eagle Albertsons.).                                         Plan to return to Boise by 1 PM.
Transportation is provided from Boise and please indicate in the comment box below if you would like a ride and which location you intend to meet the group.

What you will need.
Plan to collect sagebrush seed by gathering seed from flower stalks at varying heights. This work includes hiking, bending over and carrying a five-gallon bucket (provided).  If you have one, bring a clip, carabiner or short cord to attach the bucket to your belt or belt loop.

Please remember to dress for winter weather. You will need to bring layered clothing and boots or sturdy shoes, a warm hat, and gloves. It could be rainy, windy, snowy, or a bright sunny day. Come prepared!  Volunteer activities are subject to change due to weather conditions especially during the winter months when weather can be extreme.

You will need to bring a sack lunch and water for the day.  

On Dec 12th an indoor restroom will be available on site.  Coffee, cookies and hot chocolate will also be provided.
