Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area: Race Barn Equestrian Camping Reservation Request Form
Greetings Equestrian Campers!

** PLEASE NOTE that the Race Barn Equestrian Camping Area will be reserved for special event use from 9/29 to 11/2/25.**  
**The Equestrian Camping area will be closed for the winter season beginning on Monday, December 1st 2025 and will re-open for the 2026 camping and event season on Thursday, March 19th. Have an enjoyable winter season and we look forward to seeing you again next spring!! **  

Complete the following questionnaire to communicate your individual Race Barn Equestrian Camping reservation request. Submission of this form constitutes a request only, and does not guarantee your reservation. To check availability, please contact  fairhill.dnr@maryland.gov  .

Upon receiving your reservation request form, park staff will review and process the request, generating an official reservation form pending availability of the requested facilities. You will then be sent an email confirmation for your specific reservation. Park staff will then contact you by phone to process the reservation payment by Visa or Mastercard. When completing your request, please identify other individuals in your camping party and we will do our best to accommodate proximal stall and/or camper pad assignments. Please forward any questions to fairhill.dnr@maryland.gov.

Standard Fees:
     Camp Pad with water and electric - $35 per night
     Field Camp Site - $20 per night
     Horse Stall - $15 per night
     Non-refundable Reservation Processing Fee - $10

***CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY***
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of the initial reservation are allowed without a fee. Changes made after the first 24 hours will result in a $5.00 Change Fee per occurrence up until one week prior to arrival date. Changes or cancellations made within one week prior to arrival date will be charged 25% of total reservation fees plus the $10 Non-refundable Reservation Fee.
