Lyme sleep survey
I am a nutritionist researching sleep issues in Lyme disease. If you suffer (or have ever suffered) from Lyme disease and/or co-infections, I invite you to fill out this survey. If sleep issues were never an issue during your Lyme journey, please indicate by answering NO to the first question (in this case, you need not fill out the rest of the survey if you do not wish to; this will still help me in my research process).
