thank you for showing interest in Poetry for Purpose 2.
last year we had a wonderful response to the call for this book. 21 poets from all across the world came to the party - donating their poems for this cause. Close to 50 of you bought the book and donated too - helping us raise funds for a NGO that works with tribals and their causes in Karnataka.
We were able to raise around 15k and add to the impact that VGKK(NGO) was already doing for their COVID hospital.
This year the idea is the same - the cause is a rural scholarship fund - that has already supported close to 50 students over the last year. The funds from this book shall add to that cause.
Poetry for Purpose is a "community poetry book" with authors contributing their works for this fundraiser project !
