Thank you for choosing our condominium at Shores of Panama for your vacation. We hope that you have a pleasant stay. Shores of Panama is located 9900 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida 32408.
The parking garage has 12 floors, of which you may use any that are not marked "Reserved" or "Owner Occupied". In addition, we own parking spot on the (4th floor, used for 2013), (4th Floor) (used for 1707), & 1709 (12th floor), and 906 is on the 9th floor. Also note that after check-in, the front desk is limited in the services they can provide to you, as you rented by-owner. So please be sure to call me if any problems with the condo arise.
Your Refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $250 (2013, 1707 & 1709) or $200 (906) is due at this time. Please fill out the credit card authorization form (you'll find that in my email links), and email back or fax back to 913-549-1048. I must receive this form within 3 days, in order for unit to be held for you. Please note, we do not actually charge, just authorize, your credit card. Your Rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are paying by credit card a 1.5% fee, will be added to your invoice. As soon as I receive full payment, I will email your arrival information.
