Vida Mobile Clinic- Volunteer Application
Vida Mobile Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare access to underserved individuals and mentoring future healthcare providers.  Vida Mobile Clinic serves patients in the San Fernando Valley thanks to a partnership with Lestonnac Free Clinic.

If an volunteer position aligns with your interests and availability we will reach out to invite you to a mandatory volunteer info session. During this session, we will discuss volunteer roles and responsibilities, expectations, and required paperwork.

Why do you want to volunteer with Vida Mobile Clinic? *
The majority of Vida patients are monolingual Spanish speakers. If you are interested in volunteering in a patient centered role (MA, front desk, patient scheduler, patient follow up) we give preference to applicants who are fluent in English and Spanish.

Please be aware that we also have remote opportunities without this requirement. We want to make sure that you get the experience you are looking for when volunteering with Vida, therefore we ask that you be as transparent and honest as possible in your responses.
