Red & Yellow Graduation Regalia Order Form 2025
1. Please complete your personal details below no later than 3 DAYS before graduation.

2. Hire payment can be made via:

A) SnapScan/Instant EFT before or on graduation day. (AFTER PAYING, PLEASE RETURN TO SUBMIT YOUR RESPONSE)
Note: Please use your initial surname and graduation date e.g. A.SMITH 16/03

B) Cash/card on graduation day. 
Note: The card payment process on graduation day can cause delays

3. A REFUNDABLE CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R300 MUST BE PAID IN PHYSICAL CASH UPON COLLECTION. THIS DEPOSIT IS IN ADDITION TO THE HIRE FEE AND WILL BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN OF THE REGALIA.

Please do not pay the REFUNDABLE R300 deposit via EFT/SNAPSCAN/CARD. Bank charges will be levied for any EFT refunds needed to be processed. All EFT refunds are processed every second Friday.

4. Regalia will be available for collection on graduation day at the graduation venue from 1 hour before the ceremony starts.
Please ensure that you return within 1 hour after Ceremony ends*

5. Late returns are charged at R 100 per day*

6. Failure to return hired regalia will result in the hirer’s forfeit of the deposit and their information being handed over to debt collection for a fee of R2000 + Legal Fees, at the hirer’s expense.*
