Spaces 

We have 3 Different Space Options:

10x10 Inside Space - $75

10x16 Inside Corner Space - $120 **SOLD OUT**

14x5 Outside Sidewalk Space - $50

MAX - 3 Vendor Spaces per Vendor

To help keep cost down, all spaces will be build your own.  You will be assigned an empty space. We will provide chairs in each space. 6ft Tables are available for rent $15 each (must be pre-ordered with Space) DEADLINE TO RENT TABLES HAS PASSED.  NO TABLES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL.

You may bring tables, rack, ect and set your booth how you like, as long as you stay within the outline of your booth.

You will receive 2 vendor badges per space rented.

SPACES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TABLES.

 

All spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

All tables, displays and merchandise must stay within your approved space, you may not block any walkways or other vendor spaces.  So please plan according when deciding on spaces needed. *
Do you understand, you are not guaranteed a space until you have submitted this and it is approved and the space is paid for? *
Vendor Set-up Info:

*Spaces are assigned as they are rented. While we will do our best, special request for spaces may not be able to be honored.
*Please Note; 3 of the 4 - 10x16 Spaces are in corners and will wrap around the corner and not be perfect rectangles
*Vendors can purchase more than one spot. MAX 2 Spaces per vendor
*ALL Spaces include up to 2 Vendor Badges and Chairs
*TABLES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR SPACE
*Vendors may bring their own tables/racks
*6ft tables can be rented for $15
*Vendor may configure their space how they want; we ask that you keep it within the confines of your space
*If your set-up interferes with the walkways or another vendor’s space, we will ask you to change it
*Our main show runs from 10:00am – 3:00pm
*We will allow V.I.P. Early Buyers on Saturday Morning
**Saturday Morning Early Buyers: 8:00am – 10:00am
    V.I.P. Early Admission $5 per person

*Setup will be: Friday June 20, 2025; 5:00pm – 8:00pm & Sat. June 21, 2025; 6:00am – 9:00am
*ALL Vendors need to be unloaded and inside by 9am; Set-ups doors will be closed at 9am
*Vendor parking is in the rear of the building where we will load in and out.
*Breakdown is 3:00pm until Finished on June 21, 2025
*We ask Vendors to not start packing up anything before at least 2:00pm
*Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
*Please help keep the venue clean, and pick up any large trash that is in your spot when cleaning up

Vendor Event/Space Rules:

*Vendors must check in with JB’s Toy Show staff upon arrival.

*Once checked you will receive Vendor badges and will then be directed to their assigned space.

*Vendors and helpers should wear badges for duration of the show

*Vendor agrees to remain set up until the end of the show at 3:00pm.

*Not allowed to start tearing down and packing up until at least 2:00pm

·*No smoking, alcohol or drugs permitted in the building at any time.

·*Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until full payment and this registration form are received.

**Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $30.00 service fee.

***No refunds will be granted for any reason.

*If you cannot attend the show, contact, Jayson Sheetz, before the day of the show. We will give a credit to our next show.

*No calls, no shows will forfeit all spaces with no refund or credit.

*JB’s Toy Show and its organizers and affiliates are not responsible for vehicles or property left inside vehicles.

*JB’s Toy Show, its organizers and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or sickness, including Covid-19 that may occur during the show.

*All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise.

*We are not responsible if your product is broken or stolen during the show.

*Any damage to the building or the property by a vendor is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

*Vendors are not allowed to attach anything to walls, windows or floors.

*Vendors release JB’s Toy Show, its organizers, and affiliates from any and all liability.

*Vendors must set up inside their assigned Space, keeping all walkways clear and not cross into another vendor’s space.

*All emergency exits must stay clear at all times.

*Vendors are not permitted to have animals in the event at any time.

Once this registration is completed and submitted, you will be contacted and  we will confirm/deny based on spaces still available and product you will be selling.  If approved we will arrange payment to secure space.
