Vendor Event/Space Rules:
*Vendors must check in
with JB’s Toy Show staff upon arrival.
*Once checked you will
receive Vendor badges and will then be directed to their assigned space.
*Vendors
and helpers should wear badges for duration of the show
*Vendor agrees to remain
set up until the end of the show at 3:00pm.
*Not
allowed to start tearing down and packing up until at least 2:00pm
·*No smoking, alcohol or drugs permitted in the building at
any time.
·*Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until full payment and this registration form are
received.
**Checks returned for
insufficient funds will be charged a $30.00 service fee.
***No refunds will be
granted for any reason.
*If
you cannot attend the show, contact, Jayson Sheetz, before the day of the show.
We will give a credit to our next show.
*No
calls, no shows will forfeit all spaces with no refund or credit.
*JB’s Toy Show and its
organizers and affiliates are not responsible for vehicles or property left
inside vehicles.
*JB’s Toy Show, its
organizers and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or sickness,
including Covid-19 that may occur during the show.
*All vendors are
responsible for their own merchandise.
*We are not responsible
if your product is broken or stolen during the show.
*Any damage to the
building or the property by a vendor is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
*Vendors are not allowed
to attach anything to walls, windows or floors.
*Vendors release JB’s
Toy Show, its organizers, and affiliates from any and all liability.
*Vendors must set up
inside their assigned Space, keeping all walkways clear and not cross into
another vendor’s space.
*All emergency exits
must stay clear at all times.
*Vendors are not
permitted to have animals in the event at any time.
