Summer 2024 Staff Application
Thank you for considering being on our Camp Mitchell Summer Staff! There will be lots of ways to give to Camp Mitchell this summer and we hope this initial application gives us a little insight into why you are interested in spending the summer with us on the mountain in some capacity! After we have reviewed your application, a member of our year-round staff will reach out to you to sign up for an interview time. We will have both zoom and in-person interview opportunities available.

You must be 18+ and/or be a full year out of high school to be hired for a paid summer staff position. This is a general application for staff. We will use it as a tool to figure out what summer team you might best serve on. We will be looking for folks to serve on our Cabin Caretaker Team and our Love Camp Mitchell Team. Both teams serve Camp Mitchell in an equally important way.

Looking for the CIT Program (rising 10th graders-12th graders) Follow this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdWjsnf-bVnIbdPVINgKZR3mbbbHmx1Vz5-F4Tc08qxNSt1fw/viewform?usp=sf_link)

Realize you can't commit to the entire summer and would rather just volunteer a week or two?
We will be looking for extra support on our Spiritual Formation Team, Music team, farm and garden team, nature and art teams, maintenance, and kitchen teams on week-to-week basis! It all just depends on how you want to give back to camp! If you have surpassed the age of 19 and/or have completed your freshman year of college and still want to give back/enjoy camp, but aren't ready/don't want to commit to a full summer on staff look for the release of the 2024 Camp Mitchell Summer Adult Volunteer Application coming soon!
