The cost of this weekend is approximately $90.00 per adult, which includes all program activities, 3 refreshment breaks, and lunch and 'happy hour' on Saturday. There is no cost for those age 18 & under or for students Adults are invited to pay as you are able on a sliding scale of 50.00 - 75.00 per person.
One goal for this weekend is to make it as financially accessible as possible and to ensure everyone (staff and congregation) get to participate fully in the weekend. So, in order to do this, each person over the age of 12 is asked to help with ONE volunteer task throughout the weekend IF YOU ARE ABLE. Many hands make light (and fun!) work. Volunteer tasks include setting up, kitchen prep, serving, dishes, cleanup and provision of snack items. Most tasks will require 60 - 90 minutes of time.
