It was our hope that the housing crisis would decrease, however we are already receiving applications from students who are trying to secure housing for Summer and Fall/Spring Semesters. Because we are receiving so many applications from students trying to secure housing, we need to know which of our current tenants want to secure their housing before we offer these new applicants lease agreements.

We would like to know what your intentions are regarding renewing, ending, extending, etc. your lease. Please complete this form and submit it to us as soon as possible so we may plan accordingly. Please be informed that all tenant lease renewals are subject to Earl's Estates, LLP approval.

If you are planning on renewing your lease, we need to know as soon as possible. Otherwise, the rental/room you are currently in may be advertised and made available to applicants once your lease term has ended.

Please be informed that we offer our current tenants the first option to renew their lease with the options to change rooms within the house they are currently in as well as the option to change houses all together. There are current tenants who are desirous to transfer to houses that are closer to the campus. We are trying to accommodate these tenants with house transfers as well.

We are simply trying to get an idea of how many current tenants are wanting to keep their rooms, keep their housing location, how many want to change rooms, how many want to change houses, etc.

Also, we understand that many students return home for the summer months with plans to return for fall/spring semester. We ALLOW our current tenants to sign Fall/Spring leases so they can move home for the summer knowing they have a room when they return back to school. This is a convenience to our current tenants s they do not have to start all over in trying to find and secure housing again.

From this form it is our hope to ease our tenants frustrations of securing housing and best assist our tenants needs and desires.

If we do not receive this form back from you we will be left to assume that you do not want to renew your lease and we will be advertising your room for rent. Meaning, any approved applicant could secure the room because they signed the lease before you.

So if you want to secure your Summer and or 2025 housing now you will need to submit this form as soon as possible so we can get started with the necessary paperwork.
