On a scale of 1-10, how experienced do you feel in GameDev? *
0 = I have never stepped foot in GameDev or GameDev skills, 1-4 = I have some basic skills used in GameDev, 5-7 = I am decent with the skills used in GameDev but have not actually made a game before, 8-9  = I have years of experience in GameDev and has shipped a title, 10 = I have years of experience and has worked on a AAA title.
Project manager
Project managers are a required role in every group. It is generally a secondary role that manages communication between the group and the mods. You will still be considered a Programmer, artist, etc. In your group. Please read more about them here:

Being a Project Manager is not required, however each group IS REQUIRED to have one. PM's provide someone the mods can communicate with, representing each group.
