Sexton Mountain Passport Club Sign-up 2025-26
Testing dates will be before school on one Friday morning each month, typically the first Friday of school each month.  September will be later in the month.

Sign up with the form below by Monday, September 8.

Cost is $5 due by Monday, September 8
Submit payment via Venmo or Paypal (credit/debit cards) including "Passport Club" and your Student's Name in the comment.  Or you may send $5 cash in an envelope labeled "Passport Club" and your Student's name dropped off at the office by your student.
